Finally an update

I have been working hard running and doing Cross-fit.  I have lost approx 27lbs in the past 3 months but I have seemed to plateau.  Lets hope this blog gets me over the hump.  I would like to lose 20 more lbs before next summer:

I ran 4 miles took at nap then went to Cross-fit yesterday.  What a mistake that was because I felt weak and my form was terrible:
