Cross-fit 11/16/2013


Got up early and ran to Panera to drink a ton of iced tea.  I drink that because I cannot stand drinking water.



Skill: Ring Dips 4 x 10
Strength: Overhead Squats 5-5-5
WOD:  For Time

  400 meter run
  15-12-9
   Pullups
   Burpee box Jumps
   KB Deck Squat

   400 meter Run
