Ok...Day 1 for real this time

I had a really good weekend and feel refreshed mentally and physically.  I am currently at 247lbs which is down 2lbs from last week.  I got a nice 3 mile run in yesterday morning and I plan on running after work today before I get the kids.

Breakfast 2 banana's which is not enough but will do for today.

Well I am overweight again.....

Here I am again at 249lbs as of this morning.  I have two vacations planned and one is coming in less than a month.  Why do I do this to myself?  Well here goes another try into losing weight and trying to change my lifestyle so I be healthier and happier.

Plan for today:
Water with real fruit mixed in
Healthy meals although I do not have a breakfast :-)
-It's no wonder I fail...I never set myself up to succeed...
