Tough Thursday

I did not want to go to the gym today.  I compromised by going to the gym and only doing the eliptucal.  I got 30 minutes and 2.5 miles in.

I only had a subway sub for lunch.
Dinner I had soup and two slices of a Flatbread pizza.

Workout Wednesday

Finally got back into my regular gym.  45 lb dumbell chest 3 sets of 8, 90 lb lateral incline 3 sets of 135, lateral back 3 sets 135, back rows 3 sets of 105, another back exercise 3 sets of 75, shoulder/back lat pull down 4 sets of 120.

Ran 1 mile at 9:22 pace and walked 10 more minutes.

Ate chicken ceasar salad for dinner.
Veggie presto soup for lunch
Oatmeal for breakfast.

Back after a break

I actually did workout a lot during break. It felt great to be in Florida for a week.  I got to run, bike and play sand VB.  I feel like this is my first day of the actual challenge.
