Tuesday Workout.....sleeping kids and tosh.0

Got a 45 minute workout in before I helped put the kids to bed:

Chest:  Dumbbell push up rows, dumbbell chest press, flys
Biceps:  Dumbbell curls, kettle bell curls
Triceps: Dumbbell kickbacks, Dumbbell Extensions

After kids went to sleep ran 3 miles.
Side note, do not watch Tosh.0 while running....way too funny!

  1. I am impressed you are running at midnight while watching the Pens. I thought to myself I would start running yesterday, then we realized we were out of baby food and had to go grocery shopping. Baby in bed then bed for me...I can't stay up that late.
    Btw, I agree, watching Tosh.0 would not work with running. Love that show!
